Order process
Here is some additional information on our order process:
Registration
For granting access to a status/information/invoices about projects of the clients on Corifey's site,
a potential client should sign up for a customer's account.
After registration of account and it's confirmation by the Corifey's account manager, each user will obtain a personal data to access client area: username and password.
Please check out our Private policy which applies to the confidentiality of data collection for these procedures.
Invoicing
Once we sign a contract with the client, and negotiate payment terms
for the contract, Corifey issues advance and milestone invoices to pay for software
development services, according to the terms of the executed contract.
The client can always check out a current list of outstanding invoices visiting
Corifey Client Area.
Delivery of services
Development services are delivered via the Internet according to the terms of contract signed with the client.
Payment for services with a credit card
A secure order form is used to keep the client's credit card and private details secure.
Corifey accepts the following types of credit cards:
Payments with credit cards are processed through a secure system of an internet payment service provider ChronoPay (www.chronopay.com).
In a ChronoPay system safety of payments is provided with a use SSL protocol
to transfer a confidential information from a client to a server
of payment system for the further processing. The further transfer of the
private information is done through private bank networks with a highest degree of security available.
Processing of the received confidential data of the client
(requisites of a credit card, private/registration data, etc.)
is made at the processing center. Thus, we cannot obtain sensitive personal data
of the buyer, data of a bank card and the other information,
including the information on the purchases of the client made in other shops.
ChronoPay meets the highest security standards as required by the major credit card organizations Visa, MasterCard and American Express (PCI compliancy).
ChronoPay takes fraud protection very seriously;
therefore they offer the latest anti-fraud initiatives available in the industry. These include:

Terms of services
Initial interview and/or bid estimation is free. A complete analysis may require billable hours.
Estimates are based on known facts provided by the Client.
Custom software development services are provided at standard pricing, volume discount is a subject to negotiations.
All custom work is nonrefundable.
Loss of computer code or analysis time because of unforeseen circumstances of the Client is billable to the Client.
Additional computer programming or analysis time that is required due to unforeseen circumstances of the Client is billable to the Client.
Normally, The Contractor requires 50% advance payment for any project, larger than 8 chargeable man-hours,
upon granting the Contract (prepayment should be paid within 10 calendar days of
the Contract signing). The remainder of the balance shall be paid upon delivery of milestone for application.
Custom amount for advance payment is a subject to negotiation depending on the project milestones/terms.
For monthly retainer services, the Contractor requires 50% advance payment
of monthly fees. The remainder of the balance shall be paid within 10 calendar dates from a date, services accepted at.
All intermediate and final payment should be done in accordance with the acceptance act and the invoice issued by The Contractor. The payment of the amounts specified in the invoices shall be made with wire transfer to the bank account of The Contractor or with a credit card of the Client after the acceptance of the completed work/milestone part of performed services by The Company. .
For fixed price contracts, The Contractor provides 60-day bug fixing period, when programming bugs, which are not mutually considered as new application features, are fixed within contract budget.
All support and bug fixing requests for projects which are based on time and materials billing,
is chargeable to the Client at agreed upon project hourly rate.
The Contractor reserves the right to change payment conditions and rates based on individual customer circumstances. the Client will be notified of any changes to the current terms of service prior to services being rendered.
